Unit 2 Babies

The only thing I had trouble with on this piece was figuring out the wedging technique to get rid of any air bubbles. If I were to do it again I would take my time when wedging and be sure that it is completely finished.

With this piece I used low fire white clay with a grey and green glaze to make the cauldron look used, I also added glass beads to give it a liquid look. The only thing I would do differently is work on my measurements and alignment. the handles aren't in line with one another and the rim of the bowl has minor warps which i tried to make as even as possible. (this was the most difficult part)

The lemon pinch pot with a lid was made with low fire white clay with yellow and green glaze. This piece was fairly easy as pinching the corners took seconds. The hard part was making the lid look somewhat rounded to make it look more shaped. I don't think there's anything I'd change but the bottom of the pot itself, I would like that a bit more round as well.

This piece had was also made with low fire white with a bright red glaze. It originally had a top rim that flared out but it broke while i was sanding it but i managed to fix it by sanding off the rest. If I were to do it again I would attempt to make it taller and easier to hold.

My cow was made of low fire white clay with pomegranate, black and white underglaze with a clear glaze on top. The hardest part of this piece was the utters, making them so small and the same size. The only thing I would change is the color of the utters, I should've used something more pink.

The ghost relief slab is made of low fire white clay with a black and white under-glaze covered in a clear glaze. The hardest part was making the thickness and size of the 3D lettering all the same. The only thing I would do different is straighten the edges.
